BOOKING INFORMATION

Hello! My name is Soup or Susanna (you can call me either), my pronouns are she/they. I have been tattooing since 2019 and I specialize in illustrative blackwork style tattoos. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for all you scaredy cats to get some funky little tattoos :)

Location

I am tattooing at Pansy Poke Collective in Edmonton, Alberta!

✿ The studio is located at 8190 102 St, Unit 102, Edmonton, Alberta. Just off of Whyte Ave!

✿ We are a private appointment only studio and only offer walk-ins on select days (check out @pansypoke.co on Instagram for walk in availability)

✿ Our shop is on the second floor and requires going up a staircase, please let me know if you have any accessibility concerns (we are hoping to get a wheelchair lift installed soon, but right now we are not wheelchair accessible).

✿ Parking in this area is limited, there are 1-2 hour stalls available around the shop, if your appointment will take longer than that it is likely that you will have to park in the residential areas and walk to the shop

Rates + Payment

✿ My hourly rate is $175/hr CAD + GST with a 1 hour minimum

✿ A $20 supply fee is required at every appointment and 100% goes towards the shop

✿ Final tattoo payments can be made via e-transfer or cash, if you are not from Canada and cannot access e-transfer final payments may be made in cash or by PayPal (with additional fees).

✿ I do NOT accept debit/credit cards at this time

Deposits

✿ A $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes towards the final cost of your tattoo

✿ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

General Booking Information

I primarily offer flash and freehand tattoos. I do small batch limited custom bookings a couple times a year.

REPEAT FLASH: pre-drawn pieces that are ready to be tattooed exactly as you see them, theses designs can be repeated and tattooed on multiple people. The majority of my work falls into this category!

UNIQUE FLASH: pre-drawn pieces ready to be tattooed exactly as you see them, each design is unique and will only be tattooed once.

FREEHAND: a unique design that is not pre-drawn, I will draw the design on you at the appointment. I like to freehand botanicals, snakes/snake like creatures, sparkles, etc... the subject matter must be fluid/natural enough for me to be comfortable freehanding it.

CUSTOMS: a completely original design drawn by me from your ideas! I like to work with my clients on these designs, sending sketches and making changes for free. Because of this process these designs are quite time consuming for me, I only book in limited amounts and I do not offer custom bookings every round of bookings. ✿ All my bookings are done through google forms & all info regarding size, placement, etc... will be included in the form

✿ My regular studio hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:00am-4:00pm

✿ When filling out your availability please provide specific dates/times you are available for ALL the months I am booking.

✿ I open my flash and freehand bookings every 2-3 months :)

Reschedules/Cancellation/Lateness

✿ RESCHEDULES: One reschedule is allowed free of charge as long as 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is given. If you need to reschedule a second time another deposit will be required. If I have to reschedule you (if I'm sick or have an emergency) no additional deposits will be required, if another appointment date does not work for you I will refund the original deposit.

✿ CANCELLATIONS: If the appointment is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited.

✿ LATENESS: If you are more than 20 minutes late your deposit will be forfeited and we will need to reschedule, another deposit will be required to re-book.

✿ NO-SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not contact me to explain your absence your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book with me again.

✿ Please be honest with me! I would always rather work through things together, I understand there are always exceptions and things we cannot control :)

Touchup Policy

✿ I offer touchups for only the shop supply fee ($20) for life! I think that many tattoos look a little better touched up and want to keep that option open for everyone regardless of how much time has passed. You can email me to book a touchup appointment even when my books are closed.

BIPOC Discount

✿ I wanted to acknowledge that the majority of my clientele are white or light skinned POC. I am always striving to create an environment of inclusivity, accessibility and safety and I know that having a portfolio of mostly light skinned pieces can be a big deterrent for darker skinned folks. In an effort to continue creating a space where everyone can feel safe and included I have decided to offer a permanent 10% discount for any folks with highly melanated skin.
